A360ADM Prerequisites

• Complete the Salesforce.com Beginner Administrator Trailhead course or have equivalent knowledge.  

   

A360ADM Exam Details 

• Passing score: 75%

• Content: 40 multiple-choice, multiple-select, and true/false questions

• Time allotted to complete the exam: 90 minutes

• Delivery method: online via the ServiceMax LMS
